1. Object
1.1. This document regulates the Terms and Conditions of use of the WEBSITE “WWW.MARINAFOOTWEAR.COM”, owned and managed by Marina Calçado, S.A, headquartered at Rua Monte das Ruas, Nº 187 4610-265 Felgueiras, Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registry Office with the legal person identification number 500054711.

1.3. The Terms and Conditions presented here must be complied with by MARINA CALÇADO, S.A, hereinafter referred to as MARINA FOOTWEAR, as well as by the consumer, hereinafter referred to as the USER.
2. Acceptance
2.1. Browsing this WEBSITE, as well as carrying out any action from it, corresponds to the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the USER does not accept the Terms and Conditions, he should not proceed with the navigation.
2.2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the USER declares that he is over 18 years of age and that he has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.3. If MARINA FOOTWEAR is aware that the USER provided false information, when he declared, pursuant to the preceding paragraph, to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, it reserves the right to immediately terminate any contract entered into with this USER, without the latter being entitled to any compensation and MARINA FOOTWEAR having the right to demand compensation on account of potential damages or losses that he may have incurred as a result of the false declarations.

3.1. 3.2. Simply browsing the WEBSITE does not require any registration process. There are, however, specific areas where it is necessary for the USER to provide some personal data in order to enjoy the service provided there, such as the contact form.
